Together, We Made a Difference for Metro Detroit Teachers!

Last week, our Book Bank gave away 31,000 books to teachers—along with an entire semi-truck filled with brand-new school supplies!

This incredible effort was only possible because of you—our volunteers and donors. Your time, your book donations, and your support helped us fill classrooms across Metro Detroit with resources teachers desperately need.

Teachers often spend their own money to make sure their students have what they need. They do so much for our children every day. This event was our way of saying thank you, teachers!

Because of you, thousands of students will start the year with fresh books and supplies—tools that will inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Your Next Chapter to Join In:
ðŸ“š This fall, dust off those gently used books at home and donate them. Each story has the power to light up a child’s world.
🙌 Come volunteer with us at our headquarters in Farmington Hills—you’ll get to see firsthand the joy your efforts bring to our program for children, families and other community partners.

Together, we can keep filling classrooms and homes with books, gratitude, and hope.
